B&J Catalano first commenced operations in 1962 by brother’s Bill and Joe Catalano, to provide earthmoving and haulage services to businesses in the South West region of Western Australia.

The business remains family owned to this day, with Bill as Managing Director. Along with his son Stephen, Joe’s son Clem, and an executive management team to run day-to-day operations, Bill remains an inspiring cultural force for the business – ensuring employees are treated with integrity and respect and the values of hard work, quality service and a fair go attitude remain firmly entrenched.

We are looking for an experienced and Trade Qualified HD Fitter to join the B&J Catalano team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of mobile plant and equipment across mining, civil and haulage operations. You will be part of a hands-on team environment, supporting the maintenance and reliability of our fleet while contributing to safe and efficient operations.
