B&J Catalano has a one hundred per cent project completion track record of delivery servicing clients of all types and sizes across Western Australia.

Our civil and mining contracting teams undertake earthmoving, civil infrastructure and road construction projects for state and local government and industries including infrastructure development, mining and oil & gas, and private landowners. Typical works include bulk earthworks, drainage installations, road construction for sealed and unsealed roads, signage and line-marking.

B&J Catalano’s site management personnel include qualified project managers, supervisors and operators experienced in working on major operations in partnership with some of the largest miners in Western Australia. This includes South 32’s Worsley Alumina (since 1985), FMG’s Solomon Mine Site, KML’s Karara Mine Site, and Northern Star (formally KCGM’s) Super Pit in Kalgoorlie.

B&J Catalano’s civil and mining operations are supported by our extensive fleet of owned, operated and maintained plant and equipment – available for deployment to site along with qualified and experienced operators working under the strictest safety and environmental protocols.

B&J Catalano pioneered the development and adoption of GPS systems to improve grade level control. Trimble GPS revolutionised the way we complete our major earthworks projects. It enhances efficiency, reduces rework, and minimises errors saving on time and costs. Trimble GPS is now a cornerstone technology across all our earthworks projects.
