Construction of the dam was adjacent to the Worsley Refinery and included clearing; embankment construction; liner installation; replacement and relocation of services; piping installation; and associated pits, underdrainage construction, access and service roads, fencing and batter protection. B&J Catalano completed work using 657 scrapers; 8T – 60T excavators; D6-D9 dozers; 950-988 loaders; 40-50T articulated dump trucks; graders; compactors; and associated ancillary equipment. Fleet repair and maintenance was undertaken on-site using our mobile workshop facility.
